Name Beads U.S.A. is committed to its customers, both big and small.
We know that for many of our customers, ordering custom beads
is not just a transaction, but is often a meaningful event for
an important cause. Not only is our goal to support our growing
customer base, but also to continue personally serving and responding
to our customers' individual concerns. In short, we strive to
make every customer feel confident ordering from us again and
again!
We are located in a suburb of St. Louis Missouri called St.

are not open during the weekend or on holidays but will respond to
your emails outside working hours.
Payment Methods & Policies
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, certified checks, money orders, and checks only. We will
not accept any other forms of payment other than listed above. We
do not ship orders COD.
We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined
credit cards.
Purchase orders must be approved by Name Beads U.S.A. in advance.
In the event payment is not received within thirty (30) days on
a purchase order shipment, Name Beads shall charge interest on
the outstanding balance of 18% per annum or the maximum amount
allowed by law, whichever is greater. Name Beads shall also
be entitled to commence collection proceedings on any amount outstanding
after thirty days and purchaser, by accepting the goods purchased
consents to personal jurisdiction to the Federal District and State
District Courts of the State of Missouri. Payment terms for purchase
orders are Net 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. We reserve
the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Shipping & Handling Policy
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays and do not ship these
days. We ship from St. Clair Missouri and are open 9-5 Central Standard
time.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 days. However, shipping
may take longer on unusual orders, or orders that are shipped to
International destinations. If you have any questions regarding
the status of your order, you may email your inquiry at profit@namebeads.com.
Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin
processing. Most orders typically ship United Parcel Service. UPS
will send an email verification to your email account once the order
has been shipped so that you can track your order online in the shipping
process. You may track your order at www.UPS.com.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your
shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business
day then it will be delivered the next business day. We also offer
U.S. customers the option of expedited Shipping overnight, 2 day
air, or 3 day air when it applies
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. 90% of all
orders are shipped within a 24 hour time period during a regular
business week from the St.Louis area. If you have requested 1 or
2 day expedited air shipping online using our cart, please be aware
that your order may not leave until the next business day. We do
not guarantee that your order is shipped the same day. You can
also leave a custom message under "customer comments" (on
our secure online cart) before checkout asking for your shipment
to arrive by a certain date. We read these comments on a regular
basis to insure your package arrives in a timely manner.
International orders are typically shipped FedEx International
Priority and usually take between 5-8 business days to arrive.

Shipping Options
To ensure proper delivery, we do require a signature for delivery.
Therefore, please have the order shipped to an address where someone
will be available to sign for the package. If no one is available
when delivery is attempted, UPS usually leaves a door tag notifying
you of the delivery attempt. Simply follow the instructions on
the door tag, and then UPS will leave the package at your door
at the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, UPS
will return your order to Namebeads. If you would rather have the
package left without having to sign for it, you can go into your
local UPS office at any time and sign a UPS release waiver.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies
and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If
your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage,
you must file
a claim with UPS. You must save your original packaging material
when making a claim with UPS.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders (everything outside the U.S.) are shipped
FedEx International Priority or by the United States Postal Service.
International orders typically leave our office within 2-4 days. Please
allow the appropriate amount of time to receive your package based
upon the carrier. Shipping time does not include any time your
order might be delayed going through customs. Name Beads is not
responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international
shipping delays.
Orders that ship internationally to other countries will usually
incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated
with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an
additional 10%-20% added to your order. We are not responsible
for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be
before placing an international order. Depending on the country,
these fees are billed to the customer by FedEx. All shipping charges
on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order FedEx
International Priority or by the United States Postal Service.
All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by FedEx or other customs
officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site
and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell our customer list to anyone. You can order with
the assurance that you will not receive junk mailings or phone
calls from us or other sources! If we have a customer who fails
to make payment for an order, a customer who reverses payment on
an order already received, or a customer we feel is making an attempt
to defraud us, we reserve the right to provide information to credit
agencies and other collections services.

Return Policy
All returns must be approved through our office at 314-315-2922
(ask for customer service). If product defect is detected,
our office must be notified within 10 business days from time
of arrival of your package. If you have ordered a product
that you have decided that you do not need or want, you have
14 business days to inform our office from time of arrival, and
when we receive your package back, there will be a restocking
fee of 20%. All beads must be either in their original
packaging or re-packed in their original counts of 20 units per
bag (ceramic beads). Please use a zip lock bag when repackaging
the ceramic beads, it allows us to put your order back into our
inventory with ease. We will not accept beads that are returned
without being packaged in the original quantities that they came
in.

Liability/beadlaimer
All of our products are offered with a guarantee of quality workmanship.
Beads are sold with a customer satisfaction guarantee. Purchasers
will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability
of products for their specific use. We assume no liability for
damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied
by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect
or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits
arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products.
While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these
products will agree with everyone. Our beads are not a toy and
should not be used with children under the age of four. All prices
and policies are subject to change without notice.
